Core curriculum Research, Design, Plan.Curriculum Enrichment Research Design, Plan.Timely completion of Curriculum portions Examination Test planning and implementationStudent Mentorship Report.Performance management of Academic Personnel Including Vice Principals, HODS and teachers.Lesson plan supervision Report.Class supervision and feedback (3 Times in a year)Curriculum BudgetRemedialsClass observation report of all academic personnel at least once in a term and for new recruits twice in a term.Maintain a graph of student performance.
