Career Guidance Counsellor Administration Evaluating students skills, interest, and abilities using various tests and assessment tools. Interpretation of the assessments and personality, aptitude, interest and career matches Planning of coaching sessions based on test /assessment report. Design Stream /career road map based on the report. Advise students on educational issues, such as course and program selection. Provide students with a wide range of educational information as and when requested. Enhance Students educational achievement through goal setting and performance tracking. Organise workshops for the students on careers related to subject choices, new age careers, liberal arts and international education destinations. Arrange and schedule vocational orientation programs, internships (If needed) Arrange and schedule local and overseas colleges/Universities based on students career aspirations. Provide students with a wide range of career information, as well as professional development sessions. Train the students on entrance exams, applications processes of colleges Introduction to standard test /Entrance Exams Find suitable Third party partner for training the students on those tests Locate Tests Administration Centres Help and train students on sop, essays, cv formation and interview techniques Help students enhance their resumes, cover letters, essays and portfolios Provide interview preparation including performing mock interviews and writing a statement of purpose.
