Academic Director

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing K–10 school group looking for an experienced Academic Director who can lead academics across multiple campuses.
The role focuses on teacher training, curriculum planning, academic quality control, assessments, and improving student performance.

If you have strong experience as an Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal / Academic Head in a CBSE school, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the academic strategy for Grades 1–10
• Monitor lesson plans, teaching quality, and syllabus completion
• Train teachers regularly and conduct classroom observations
• Review and approve assessments and question papers
• Analyze academic data and improve student learning outcomes
• Support coordinators and subject leaders across campuses
• Plan academic calendar and ensure smooth execution
• Drive usage of School Insights (academic tracking system)
• Handle escalated academic concerns

Skills & Experience Required

• 8–15 years in teaching + academic leadership
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum
• Experience training teachers and managing academic teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to review lesson plans, assessments, and exam quality
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills

Salary

₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per year
