Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and goal-oriented Enrolment Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to join our student recruitment and outreach team. This pivotal role involves engaging with prospective students and their families to provide accurate guidance on academic offerings, admissions processes, and institutional advantages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balanced skillset in relationship building, consultative counselling, and sales conversion to meet institutional enrolment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospective Student Counselling: Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, offering clear and comprehensive information about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and the admission process.
• Lead Management & Conversion:

Effectively manage leads through structured follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Employ persuasive and student-centric counselling techniques to maximize conversions.

• Enrolment Target Fulfilment:

Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrolment goals while maintaining quality counselling standards.Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with students and their families, ensuring a smooth and supportive admission journey.Accurately document all lead interactions, update lead status, and maintain records in the CRM system. Prepare and submit timely reports to support internal tracking and performance reviews

.Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a strong command of English and regional languages.
• High interpersonal sensitivity, persuasive skills, and a student-first approach to counselling.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail and process compliance.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, telesales, or customer-facing roles will be considered an advantage, though not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
