ACADEMIC COUNSELOR
- Provide guidance about course and scope of the course to students
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with digital marketing aspirants to help them define their career goals in digital marketing
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide tailored guidance and support for individuals interested in pursuing digital marketing courses
- Convert students (leads) to admission
- Sourcing out new sales opportunities through making follow-up of inbound lead and through outbound hot calls and emails
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills over English and Malayalam is a must have attribute
- Candidates should be a good listener and expert at presentations.
- Candidates with prior digital marketing knowledge and sales experience will be preferred.
