Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Academic Counselor to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose academic programs that best fit their career goals. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information on programs, admission procedures, and academic planning.
• Explain course details, schedules, fee structures, and faculty information clearly and effectively.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand student goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up on inquiries, walk-ins, and leads to achieve admission targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and admissions progress in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Participate in orientation programs, webinars, and student engagement initiatives.
• Motivate and guide students throughout the enrollment process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply (Education, Psychology, or Business background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be willing to commute or relocate to Coimbatore.
