Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, located in Kochi. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. This role involves guiding students in their educational and professional journeys, offering support, and helping students develop strategies for achieving their academic goals. The individual will work closely with students to understand their needs and provide advice on course selection and career planning.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Background in Education or related fields
• Empathetic and proactive approach to student support
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in educational institutions or similar environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
