Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct personalized one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' aspirations, academic background, and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate courses and programs tailored to individual career goals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact—communicating clearly and promptly via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Offer detailed and accurate information about course offerings, schedules, and the admissions process.
• Manage student leads through CRM systems, maintaining timely follow-ups to support conversions and engagement.
• Consistently meet or exceed targets related to student enrollments and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

• A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience : 0-2yrs (Freshers can also apply)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first approach.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive follow-up style.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, student advisory services, admissions, or the EdTech sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM platforms.
