Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

●Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and chat to counsel them on available online programs offered by IITs, IIMs, and other prestigious institutions.

●Understand the student's professional background, aspirations, and challenges to provide personalized program recommendations.

●Drive sales conversions by effectively handling objections, building rapport, and guiding students through the enrollment process.

●Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive student experience from the first contact to enrollment.

●Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with current campaigns and program offerings.

●Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through disciplined follow-up and relationship management.

●Stay updated on industry trends, new programs, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and compelling information.

●Maintain detailed records of student interactions in CRM software, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

●2-4 years of experience in hardcore inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

●Strong counseling and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-making.

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

●Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound leads and close deals efficiently.

●Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

●Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
