Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Telesales Manager. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day telesales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to meet those targets. The Telesales Manager will also handle customer service issues, provide training and support to team members, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Team management and training skills
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
