Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students to understand their academic history, interests, and long-term career goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations/counseling on undergraduate/postgraduate programs, certifications, and learning pathways.
• Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings with clarity and professionalism.
• Nurture prospective leads by offering timely follow-ups and support throughout the enrollment process.
• Document all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in Education, or related fields are an advantage.
• 6months–3 years of experience in academic counseling, student advisory roles, inside sales, or the EdTech sector.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present program information clearly and confidently to diverse student groups.
