Academic Counselor (Inside Sales)

You are a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor(Inside Sales) who will be joining our team in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell UG/PG online courses to prospective students, assisting them in making informed career decisions. If you possess a passion for sales and education, this opportunity awaits you! Engage with potential students through calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce UG/PG courses. Comprehend students" academic objectives and recommend suitable programs accordingly. Convert leads into enrollments by providing effective counseling and persuasion. Exceed monthly sales targets by achieving set goals consistently. Maintain precise records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance strategies and conversion rates. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience (inside sales/tele-sales preferred) along with excellent communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous. You should be goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 30,000 to 32,000 (in-hand) plus incentives. The working days are 6 days a week from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. The industry focus is on Education, specifically UG/PG Online Courses.
