Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Coimbatore. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, assisting with educational planning, and offering guidance on academic programs and career opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing academic plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to support student success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to provide guidance and support to diverse student populations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in an educational setting is a plus
