Academic Counselor

The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and Professionals regarding educational programs, courses, and career paths, Immigrations. The role involves assessing client’s interests, academic background, and goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and enrollment conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and professionals regarding academic programs, career options, Immigration Process.
• Understand Client needs, preferences, and eligibility to suggest suitable courses or universities.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, eligibility criteria, and future opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads professionally.
• Assist students with the application, admission, and documentation process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of educational institutions, courses, and admission deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of all counseling sessions and student details in CRM/software.
• Work closely with the sales, to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.
• 1-2 years experience in relevant field - Education, Counselling, visa will be an advantage
• Knowledge of study and migration opportunities in countries like Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Europe is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication skill

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in any stream
