Job Overview

Connecting Dots Enterprises is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Academic Counsellor to support our student enrollment and guidance process. The role involves counselling prospective students, identifying new opportunities, achieving enrollment targets, and ensuring an excellent learning experience for all participants present.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide students on available courses and training programs.
• Identify and follow up with potential students to achieve enrollment goals.
• Maintain effective communication with students and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Monitor and report on market and industry trends to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0 – 5 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, customer-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication).

Work Details

• Work Mode: On-site (Thane, Maharashtra)
• Working Days: 6 Days per week
