Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alappuzha. The Academic Counselor will provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them navigate their learning journey and choose suitable career paths. The responsibilities include one-on-one student counseling, conducting academic advising sessions, supporting students in setting educational and career goals, and providing information on course offerings. The counselor will also collaborate with the academy’s team to ensure students achieve their educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively toward their goals.
• Skills in Academic Advising to support students’ educational and learning needs.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and team members.
• An educational background or experience in the field of Education is desirable.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity field or related academic programs is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a student-focused approach.
