We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Consultant to join our team at ManageEasy . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, guiding students/clients, and maintaining a professional rapport with all callers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and explain our services. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries in a clear and polite manner. Understand customer needs and offer the right guidance or solutions. Maintain call logs, update databases, and follow up with leads regularly. Schedule appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls when required. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred (but not mandatory). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle calls confidently and politely. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
