Job Responsibilities

• Provide academic and career counseling to students and parents.
• Understand each student’s profile, strengths, preferences, and goals.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and career options.
• Maintain updated knowledge of educational trends, programs, and admission processes.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins; explain our services clearly.
• Maintain proper records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle student queries with patience and clarity.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred).

Qualification

• Minimum: Higher Secondary Education
• Experience in counseling/education/telecalling is an added advantage (Freshers can also apply).
