Job Description

Student advising: Provide one-on-one or group counseling to help students with academic progress, course selection, and educational planning.
Goal setting: Assist students in setting realistic and attainable academic and career goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Progress monitoring: Track student performance through grades, transcripts, and other tools, intervening when necessary to provide support.
Personal support: Address student stress, anxiety, and other challenges, sometimes by recommending coping strategies and referring them to other professionals when needed.
Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and other staff to discuss student needs and coordinate efforts for student success.
Program development: Develop and implement programs and workshops on topics like study skills, career exploration, and stress management.
Record keeping: Maintain detailed, confidential records of student interactions.
Admissions and transition support: Guide students through the college application process, including financial aid, and assist with the transition from high school to college.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
