Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for admission-related inquiries from students and parents. • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding academic programs, admission criteria and application procedures. • Manage and follow up on leads to achieve enrollment targets. • Support applicants through each stage of the admissions process, including document collection, application review and submission. • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM or admissions database regularly. • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., academics, finance, student support) to ensure timely processing of applications. • Assist in organizing admission events, webinars, campus visits, and orientation programs. • Represent the institution at educational fairs, school outreach programs and other recruitment activities
