Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Academic Counsellor

You’ll guide learners through personalized counselling, support them in choosing the right course paths, and ensure a smooth and engaging admissions experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in person, over phone, or video) to understand student goals and recommend suitable programs
• Assist prospective students in navigating their academic options and career direction
• Address queries related to courses, admissions, and learning outcomes
• Follow up with inquiries and maintain strong lead conversion through a structured CRM system
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support enrolment goals
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Provide support throughout the student journey — from first inquiry to successful onboarding

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

• 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or career guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written
• Confident in interacting with students from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to build trust, offer clear guidance, and motivate aspiring creatives
• Well-organized with strong documentation and follow-up discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Familiarity with design, creative education, or agency workflows is a bonus
• Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
