Role Overview

Business Development Executive / Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Achieve assigned student enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
  • Effectively pitch program features, benefits, and outcomes to prospective students and parents.
  • Close sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Counsel students and parents throughout the course selection and application process.
  • Guide applicants in meeting eligibility criteria and application deadlines.
  • Assist students in gathering and submitting required documentation.
  • Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and program details.
  • Ensure systematic handling of applications and maintain regular communication with parents and applicants.
  • Update and manage lead and application data using CRM systems.

Expertise & Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong ability to empathize and build trust with students and parents.
  • High motivation to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Proven experience in lead conversion and inside sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in

    English and Hindi

    (mandatory).
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Education:

  • Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
