MBBS Admissions Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS programs abroad, university options, eligibility, admission processes, and career pathways.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each students academic profile, financial background, and career aspirations.
• Assist students in selecting the right university based on academic merit, budget, and preferences.
• Guide students through the

  application, admission, and visa processes

  , ensuring timely document submission and compliance with requirements.
• Provide information and assistance related to

  medical licensing exams

  (NExT/FMGE), university accreditation, and recognition bodies (WHO, NMC, ECFMG, etc.).
• Follow up with potential students via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure conversion from enquiry to admission.
• Maintain accurate records of student data, communications, and application progress using CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Participate in

  education fairs, seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions

  organized by the company.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in

  medical education abroad

  , including policies, university rankings, and admission requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, visa, documentation, and marketing to ensure smooth and efficient student onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in

  Education, Counselling, Healthcare, or related field

  (Masters degree preferred).

• 6 months 5 years

  of experience in student counselling, preferably in

  MBBS or study abroad counselling

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  MBBS admission procedures

  in countries like

  Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and other CIS nations

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  with the ability to engage confidently with students and parents.
• Strong

  organizational and multitasking abilities

  to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and CRM tools

  for maintaining student records.
• A motivated, empathetic, and target-driven individual passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.
