Our mission is to make learning infinite, enjoyable, and accessible for every student. Role Overview We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Academic Counsellors to join our Ranchi team. You will be the face of Infinity Learn for students and parents—guiding them through our offerings and helping them choose the best learning solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on consultative field sales. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Make regular field visits and outbound follow-up calls to prospective students and their parents. Drive student admissions through personalized counselling sessions. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads to meet weekly/monthly sales targets. Customer Consultation Understand the educational needs of students (Grades 1–12) and suggest suitable learning programs. Handle queries, objections, and pricing negotiations effectively to close deals. Product & Market Knowledge Gain complete knowledge of our products and services. Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently during consultations. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in EdTech, K-12, or Test Prep segments. Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets and earn performance-based incentives. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Google Sheets/Docs.
