Position-Academic Counsellor

Location-Mulund,Mumbai

Exp-0 to 2 years

(Note-Only Mumbai based candidates are eligible to apply other location profiles won't be considered)

Were looking for passionate and result-oriented Admissions Counsellors who can connect with learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective learners via calls and counselling sessions.

* Assess learner needs and recommend suitable programs.

* Handle queries, objections, and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Maintain lead data accurately in CRM tools.

* Work towards achieving monthly enrolment targets.

* Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for conversions.

Requirements

* Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

* Strong sales, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

* Energetic, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup
