We are looking for dynamic and driven Academic Counsellors who can contribute to our growth and help us reach more aspiring learners across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Counsel prospective students on program offerings, career outcomes, and training benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve offerings and customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and learners.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in academic counselling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Malayalam).
• Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.
• Prior experience in sales, education consulting, or business development preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
