Job Title: Administrative Assistant Organization: BALC Computer Training Institute Location: Balc Basavanagudi, Balc Jayanagara Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Reports To: Center Head / Branch Manager Job Summary: BALC Computer Training Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist students and faculty, and ensure smooth functioning of the training center. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to courses and admissions Maintain student records and update databases regularly Manage class schedules, attendance sheets, and certification processes Assist in fee collection and maintain financial records Coordinate with faculty and trainers for scheduling and materials Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked Support marketing and promotional activities when needed Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Minimum 10+2; a diploma or degree in Administration or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Internet, Email) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Prior experience in an educational or training institute is a plus Working Hours: e.g., Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
