Role Description

1. Guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses based on academic goals and exam aspirations.
2. Explain program details, fee structures, scholarships, and admission processes clearly.
3. Manage follow-ups and ensure timely conversions during the admission cycle.
4. Coordinate with faculty, operations, and front-office teams to resolve queries and support students.
5. Monitor student progress, address concerns, and help maintain a positive academic environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for candidates who have prior exposure to education, counselling, or customer-facing roles.
2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to handle student–parent interactions with confidence and clarity.
3. Good command of English and regional languages (Telugu & Hindi) to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
4. Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and data handling for maintaining accurate records.
5. A calm, patient, and approachable personality with the ability to build trust and guide students in a supportive manner.
