Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and monitor academic programs across grade levels - Collaborate with teachers to align curriculum with learning outcomes - Organize professional development workshops and mentoring sessions - Track student progress and recommend interventions for improvement - Coordinate academic events, assessments, and parent-teacher meetings - Ensure compliance with educational standards and school policies - Maintain academic records and prepare reports for management  Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or academic administration - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Proficiency in educational tools and learning management systems - Passion for inclusive, student-centered learning environments
