The role requires a dynamic professional with excellent communication and people skills to manage admissions and front office operations. Key Responsibilities Handle all admission inquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Counsel parents on the schools unique curriculum, pedagogy, and philosophy . Coordinate the complete admission process — from inquiry to enrolment. Maintain student records, admission data, and regular reports. Manage front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment. Act as the bridge between parents, management, and academic staff . Uphold the school’s values of humanity, inclusivity, and excellence in all interactions. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline (Master’s preferred) with strong communication skills. 3–5 years of experience in school admissions/administration/customer-facing role. Fluent in English and Hindi; confident public speaker. Proficient in MS Office and admission software systems. Friendly, approachable personality with strong organizational skills.
