Academic Coordinator

Position : Academic Coordinator (+1 , +2)

Location : Kochi , Palarivattom

Shift : 9 to 5:30 & 11 am to 8 pm (Rotational shift Mandatory)

Experience : 06 months and above

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Class Uploading

Responsible for scheduling and coordinating class uploads with the technical team, ensuring that all academic content is uploaded on time and made available to students without delay.

2. Enquiry Handling

Manage and respond to student enquiries related to the app, study materials, and general academic support, providing clear solutions and maintaining a positive support experience for students.

3. Scheduling

Plan and organize all academic content schedules, including:

* App live sessions

* YouTube live classes

* App recordings

* YouTube shorts

* YouTube videos for HSS teachers

This ensures consistent content delivery and smooth academic flow.

4. Notifications

* Handle all student-related communication by sending timely notifications about:

* App live sessions

* Exams

* Important updates in student groups

Ensuring students stay informed and prepared.

5. Notion Management

* Assist in maintaining and updating Notion workspaces with information related to:

* App live sessions

* YouTube live sessions

* App recordings

* YouTube shorts

* YouTube content for HSS teachers and the Squad team

Ensuring all schedules and content plans are well organized.

6. CE – Admissions (CMA India)

* Oversee and support the CE admission process for CMA India by guiding students, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
