Job Title: Academic Coordinator – Animation & VFX

About the Role:
Reliance Animation Academy is looking for a proactive Academic Coordinator to manage daily academic operations for Animation & VFX courses. This role includes coordinating with faculty, scheduling classes, supporting students, and ensuring smooth academic delivery in line with institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage academic timetables, ensuring timely syllabus completion.
• Coordinate lectures, workshops, and guest sessions with faculty.
• Track and maintain student attendance, performance, and discipline records.
• Handle exam schedules, results, and academic documentation.
• Ensure adherence to academic policies and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Management, or related field (Animation/VFX background preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience in academic coordination or administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and academic management tools.
• Language: English (Required)
