• Masters degree

  in any field. A degree in Education is preferred. 

• Extensive teaching experience

  and minimum 5 years

  leadership experience

  in education, preferably in a progressive primary school setting. 
• Candidates working in

  educational leadership and management roles

  in non-school settings may also apply. 

Critical Skills:

• Knowledge and expertise in modern pedagogical techniques 
• Leadership and Management Skills with a participative leadership style 
• Emotional Intelligence and Strong Collaboration Skills
