Job Title: Academic Coordinator – Kochi (Ernakulam)

Location: Kochi, Ernakulam
Salary: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2 LPA
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Mode: In-person

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Academic Coordinator to support our admissions and academic teams in Kochi. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, explain course offerings, and assist them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
Counsel students on academic programs, career pathways, and course benefits.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong communication until conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly academic enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of student communication and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Assist in organizing webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional events.
Provide clear information regarding courses, fees, batches, schedules, and academic processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in academic coordination, admissions, or EdTech/inside sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage targets and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with counseling techniques and CRM tools.
Strong customer-oriented and goal-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
