Academic Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and assertive individual to ensure academic discipline and effective student management. The position involves close interaction with students and parents, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Ensure academic discipline and adherence to institutional processes. Monitor student performance from weaker students to high performers, keeping proper records and follow-ups. Manage testing, retesting, and continuous evaluation of students in classes 8th to 12th. Provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child’s progress. Coordinate with parents and set up meetings whenever required. Supervise and monitor homework completion, taking strict action where necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of student performance and academic activities. Ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and the institution. Contribute actively to the institution’s short-term and long-term growth through effective monitoring and discipline. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
