Job Description 1. Curriculum Management: Plan, implement, and monitor the delivery of the 12th-grade curriculum (ISC and CBSE). Ensure academic programs align with board guidelines and institutional standards. Guide subject teachers to maintain teaching quality and timely syllabus completion. Organize assessments, exams, and remedial programs as needed. 2. Student Coordination: Monitor student academic performance and identify students needing support. Facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, mentorship, and guidance counseling. Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities. 3. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and concerns. Organize parent-teacher meetings and provide academic updates. Address parent queries and resolve issues efficiently. 4. Faculty Support & Training: Collaborate with teaching staff to develop lesson plans and instructional strategies. Conduct or arrange workshops and training for teachers to enhance instructional delivery. Ensure faculty adhere to academic calendars, deadlines, and assessment policies. 5. Administrative Responsibilities: Prepare academic reports, attendance logs, and other documentation. Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling, exams, and classroom logistics.
