Academic Coordinator

We, at Narayana Group of Schools, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinator for Siliguri & Raiganj location having 1 to 3 years of relevant experience :

Responsibilities:

Academic Planning & Execution:

Coordinate the implementation of the integrated curriculum (Board + NEET/JEE)

Prepare timetables, and schedules for regular classes, tests, and remedial sessions

Ensure syllabus coverage and alignment between school board requirements and competitive coaching

Facilitate faculty meetings to review progress, share best practices, and resolve academic challenges.

Faculty Coordination:

Support and supervise for effective delivery

Organize faculty demos, training, and mentoring for quality teaching practices

Collect and analyze faculty lesson plans and ensure adherence to academic goals.

Student Support & Monitoring:

Track student attendance, performance, and discipline

Coordinate weekly/monthly/term assessments and competitive mock tests

Maintain academic records and performance dashboards for student progress

Arrange doubt-solving sessions, remedial classes, and peer-learning initiatives.

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement:

Conduct regular parent–teacher meetings and performance reviews

Act as the point of contact for parents regarding academic queries and student progress

Share reports and feedback on integrated program outcomes.

Examination & Results:

Ensure smooth conduct of internal assessments, board pre-exams, and integrated test series

Coordinate evaluation, moderation, and result analysis

Provide academic counselling to students based on results and career aspirations.

Administrative & Compliance:

Coordinate with the school management and Narayana academic team for program implementation

Maintain records for board compliance, competitive exam requirements, and academic audits

Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per organizational standards.

Salary: As per industry standard
