Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Coordinator located in Wayanad. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing academic programs, overseeing curriculum development, conducting research, providing academic advising, and ensuring effective communication with students and faculty. The Coordinator will also organize and facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance educational experiences.

• Strong skills in Communication and Academic Advising
• Experience in conducting Research
• Ability to manage and coordinate academic programs
• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience in mental health or wellness programs is a plus
