Job Description: Academic Coordinator Pancy Children's Academy Sr. Sec. School Position: Academic Coordinator and English Teacher Departments: Nursery to Class V Class VI to XII English Teacher: Class IX to XII Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Principal Key Responsibilities: ✅ Academic Planning & Curriculum Development: Design and implement academic plans for the assigned classes (Nursery to V or VI to XII). Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and school objectives. Develop lesson plans, assessment strategies, and teaching methodologies. ✅ Teacher Supervision & Support: Guide and mentor teachers to maintain high teaching standards. Organize regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and share best practices. Monitor classroom activities and provide constructive feedback. ✅ Student Development & Progress Monitoring: Track student performance through assessments, examinations, and feedback. Collaborate with teachers to identify learning gaps and provide remediation plans. Coordinate and oversee student activities, competitions, and academic events. ✅ Communication & Coordination: Maintain effective communication with parents, addressing their concerns regarding academics. Coordinate with the Principal and management to implement school policies. Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and present academic reports. ✅ Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain academic records, lesson plans, and attendance reports. Assist in preparing timetables, examination schedules, and invigilation duties. Ensure adherence to school policies, rules, and discipline standards. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Education or relevant field; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in technology and online teaching platforms.
