Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students to help them define and achieve academic & career goals.
• Guide students through available programs and assist in course selection.
• Drive student enrollment by effectively presenting courses and benefits.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success.
• Communicate with parents/guardians when required.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills

• 1–3 years of proven experience as an

  Academic Counselor

• Strong background in

  course selling / student enrollment

  .
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to connect with students, faculty, and parents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with students in an academic environment.
• Knowledge of career development practices.
• Familiarity with educational tools & software.
