🎯 Key Responsibilities

Counsel students to help them define and achieve academic & career goals.

Guide students through available programs and assist in course selection.

Drive student enrollment by effectively presenting courses and benefits.

Develop and implement effective counseling strategies.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success.

Communicate with parents/guardians when required.

✅ Requirements

Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).

1–3 years of proven experience as an Academic Counselor.

Strong background in course selling / student enrollment.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to connect with students, faculty, and parents.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with students in an academic environment.

Knowledge of career development practices.

Familiarity with educational tools & software.
