Job Title: Academic Business Cold Calling & Cold Email ExpertLocation: RemoteCompensation: Commission Based (10-15% on successful deals)

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Academic Business Cold Calling & Cold Email Expert to support our outreach and lead generation efforts within the education sector.In this role, you will engage with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers to introduce our academic solutions and generate qualified leads. Your goal is to open meaningful conversations, schedule appointments, and help drive institutional partnerships.The ideal candidate is confident on calls, articulate in communication, and understands how to tailor messages to educational institutions and decision-makers.---

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume cold calls to schools, colleges, and academic institutions to introduce our products and services.Draft and optimize professional cold email sequences targeting educators and school management teams.Identify and qualify leads through research using LinkedIn, CRM, and education databases.Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead information in the CRM system.Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team.Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and outreach alignment.Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets for outreach, lead generation, and conversions.Provide insights from calls and emails to help refine outreach strategy and understand academic market trends.---

Qualifications

Prior experience or interest in academic sales, cold calling, or lead generation preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and polite phone manner.Strong written communication and copywriting skills for effective cold emails.Ability to handle objections and build rapport with academic professionals.Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented with strong time management skills.Background or interest in the education or EdTech sector is a strong plus.---
