• Develop personalized academic roadmaps and study plans
• Guide students on colleges, scholarships, and competitive exams
• Conduct career assessments and informative workshops
• Maintain student records and prepare progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and academic teams
• Provide emotional and motivational support to students

• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Knowledge of education systems and career pathways
• Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach
• Confidence in conducting workshops and one-on-one sessions
• Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
