Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, located in Noida. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Daily tasks include meeting with students to discuss their academic goals, helping them navigate course selections, and providing support throughout their educational journey. The advisor will also be responsible for maintaining records and collaborating with faculty and administrative staff to enhance student experiences.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills
• Backgrounds in Education or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in higher education advising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
