2D Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer for an events company, you will be responsible for creating innovative visual concepts in collaboration with multiple teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Event Design: - Collaborating with production, operations, and client servicing teams to create visuals for events such as invitations, set designs, props, and mementos. - Independently handling design projects from concept to final output. - Ensuring that designs align with client briefs and production standards. - Advertising Design: - Creating designs for various mediums including print ads, outdoor media, brochures, posters, danglers, and emailers. - Working on corporate identity rollouts, logos, and marketing collateral. - Managing daily design operations and meeting deadlines. - Vendor Coordination: - Liaising with vendors to ensure the final execution matches visual specifications. - Overseeing print production including digital, offset, and outdoor prints. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Commercial Art, preferably from art schools. - Experience in the event and advertising industries is preferred. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw. - Knowledge of web design tools such as Dreamweaver, Flash, and 3D Max is a plus. - Strong understanding of printing processes including CMYK color separation, image editing, and artwork preparation. - Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
