2D Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a 2D Graphic Designer & Visualizer at ALL IN Events, you will play a crucial role in creating visually striking concepts and transforming ideas into powerful visuals across event experiences, branding, and storytelling. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and interpreting client briefs to create visually striking concepts. - Designing a wide range of event collaterals such as thematic logos, event backdrops, invitations, branding assets, props, posters, trophies, and stationery. - Creating graphics for set designs, exhibition spaces, and venue layouts. - Independently handling the end-to-end design process from concept to execution. - Ensuring design feasibility by aligning with production standards and material constraints. - Preparing and managing element lists and creative deliverables per project. - Proofreading and delivering accurate, high-quality visuals. - Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. - Coordinating with vendors and the production team to ensure smooth execution of designs. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in 2D graphic design, preferably in the event/experiential industry. - Software proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is a must. - Exposure to QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Director is a plus. - AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus. - Strong portfolio demonstrating theme-based design, creative logos, graphics, and branding across different event formats. - Good grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition. - Ability to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects. - Knowledge of print specs, material selection, and production coordination. - Research-driven mindset and willingness to explore fresh ideas. - Understanding of or exposure to 3D design tools is an added advantage.
