Collaboration with fellow designers is a key aspect of this role, as you will work together to explore innovative approaches for designing expressive graphics that align with the company's branding guidelines. You will utilize a diverse range of media and graphic design software to bring creative concepts to life effectively. In addition to executing design projects within specified parameters and budget constraints, you will play a crucial role in determining the voice and messaging of various graphic design pieces. Quality assurance will be a primary focus, requiring you to thoroughly review designs for any errors and make necessary adjustments based on feedback received. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field and possess proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a minimum of one year of experience in graphic design. Attention to detail, a diverse portfolio showcasing creative projects, and solid time management and organizational abilities are also required. Moreover, having a solid grasp of HTML and CSS, as well as knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design principles, will be advantageous.
