Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales in the FMCG sector.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and suppliers.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
