Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through effective cross-selling strategies and account opening processes.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and promote product usage.
Oversee retail liability management, including deposit accounts, credit cards, and other financial products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (preferably from PB).
Strong understanding of CCE (Current Account) acquisition and servicing processes.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
