  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Able to handle the International calls & customers
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales documentation.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Google Documents
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Good computer skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Adequately coordinating across the departments
  • Fluency in English
  • Good Communication skills.
